What’s the difference between the four tiers?

What software do I need?
The Planner requires Microsoft Excel (desktop version recommended). It is not compatible with Google Sheets or Apple Numbers — the live formulas won’t work correctly in those apps. Microsoft 365 Personal (~$7/month, free trial available at microsoft.com) includes Excel for PC, Mac, phone, and tablet.
Do I need a paid Microsoft subscription?
You need Microsoft Excel to use the Planner. If you don’t already have it, Microsoft 365 Personal starts at around $7/month and includes a free trial. The Planner itself is a one-time purchase.
Can I use it for more than one pregnancy?
Absolutely. Once you purchase, it’s yours to keep. Just save a fresh copy of the file for each new pregnancy. It grows with you.
Can I print it?
Every printable in the collection prints beautifully on standard 8.5×11 paper. The Excel workbook is designed as a digital companion, but individual sheets can be printed as needed.
Will it be useful after I give birth?
Yes — the Planner covers all 40 weeks, the birth itself, the fourth trimester, and baby’s first year. Postpartum recovery, baby milestones, and feeding tracking are all included depending on your tier.

How do I receive my product after purchasing?
A download link is sent to your email immediately after purchase. Check your inbox and your spam, junk, and promotions folders if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

Check spam and promotions first. If still missing after 30 minutes, email info@queenmotherhood.com with your order number and we’ll get you sorted within 24 hours. We’ve got you, mama.

Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
PDF products work beautifully on any device. For the Planner, a laptop or desktop is strongly recommended for the full experience — the live formulas and dashboard are built for larger screens.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment platform.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final as a general rule since these are instant digital downloads. That said — I’m a real mama running a real small business, and I care that this works for you.
