Digital Product Purchase Terms

These Digital Product Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern all purchases of digital products from Queen Motherhood LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) at queenmotherhood.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Purchase Terms.

These Purchase Terms are in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated by reference.

1. Our Digital Products

Queen Motherhood LLC currently offers the following digital products:

Pregnancy Peace Planner — Essentials Edition ($27)
Pregnancy Peace Planner — Signature Edition ($47)
Pregnancy Peace Planner — Complete Edition ($67)
Pregnancy Peace Planner — Luxe Edition ($97)

Each edition of the Pregnancy Peace Planner is an interactive digital planner that you access online through a private link and use in your web browser.

Free downloadable resources are also available (Birth Plan Template, Hospital Bag Checklist, Postpartum Recovery Tracker, Mama Reset Checklist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Meal Plans Guide, Baby Must-Haves Resource Guide) and are subject to the same use and intellectual property terms below.

2. Delivery

Your Pregnancy Peace Planner is delivered immediately after your purchase is confirmed. Your private planner link appears on your order confirmation page and is also emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. Free resources and printables are delivered as PDF downloads.

If you do not receive your planner link within 30 minutes of purchase, please:

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
Search your inbox for an email from info@queenmotherhood.com
If still not found, contact us at queenmotherhood.com/contact and we will resend your access promptly

Updates: We may improve or add to the Pregnancy Peace Planner over time. Updates appear automatically at your planner link the next time you open it — there is nothing to download. If we ever change how the planner is delivered, we will notify purchasers in advance by email.

3. License — What You Can and Cannot Do

When you purchase a Queen Motherhood digital product, you receive a limited, personal-use license. This means:

Open your Pregnancy Peace Planner through your private link on your own personal devices (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop) and use it throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey
Download and print the printables and PDF products included with your purchase for your own personal use
Reference the content for your own personal pregnancy and postpartum planning

✗ You May Not:

Share, forward, post, or transfer your private planner link or any downloaded file to any other person — including friends or family members
Upload any downloaded file to any shared storage platform, cloud drive, or file-sharing service accessible by others
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product in any form, paid or free
Use any portion of the product content in your own paid or free products, courses, or services
Screen-record, screenshot for distribution, or reproduce the product content publicly
Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or Queen Motherhood LLC branding
Claim the content as your own original work

Each purchase covers a single-user license for personal use only. If you would like to purchase licenses for multiple users (such as a birth center, doula practice, or group), please contact us at info@queenmotherhood.com to discuss bulk licensing options.

4. Technical Requirements

Please review the technical requirements before purchasing to ensure compatibility:

Pregnancy Peace Planner (all editions): Works in a current version of Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. No special software, apps, or subscriptions are required. An internet connection is needed to open your planner.
How your entries are saved: Your entries save automatically and privately in the web browser on the device where you type them. They are not stored on our servers and do not transfer between devices or browsers. Clearing your browser’s history or website data, using private or incognito browsing, or (on iPhone and iPad) going an extended time without opening the planner when it has not been added to your Home Screen may erase saved entries. We recommend choosing one main device and, on iPhone or iPad, adding your planner to your Home Screen. Queen Motherhood LLC cannot recover entries that have been erased from your device.
PDF products: Compatible with any PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview, etc.). No special software required.

We are not responsible for issues arising from using our products in unsupported browsers or applications.

5. Refund Policy

Because your planner is delivered instantly through digital access, all sales are final as a general rule.

That said — I’m a real mama running a real small business, and I genuinely care that this product works for you. If you experience a technical issue with your planner that our support team is unable to resolve after working with you, please reach out to info@queenmotherhood.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we will make it right.

What qualifies for consideration:

A verified technical defect that prevents you from accessing or using the planner, which our support team has been unable to resolve
You received access to the wrong edition, or a corrupted or incomplete PDF file

What does not qualify for a refund:

Change of mind after purchase
Use of an outdated or unsupported browser
Entries lost because browser data was cleared, private browsing was used, or the planner was opened on a different device or browser
You no longer need the product
You purchased the wrong tier — please review tier details carefully before purchasing
Requests made after 14 days of purchase

To request support or submit a refund inquiry, email info@queenmotherhood.com with your order confirmation number and a description of the issue. We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All Queen Motherhood digital products — including the Pregnancy Peace Planner, its design, layout, formulas, tab structure, content, and all written materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of Queen Motherhood LLC, protected under United States copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Queen Motherhood product is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

7. No Medical Advice

Our digital products are planning and organizational tools only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical recommendations, or professional healthcare guidance. Always consult your qualified healthcare provider regarding your individual pregnancy and postpartum health. See our full Disclaimer for details.

8. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Queen Motherhood LLC reserves the right to change product pricing at any time. Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
