Digital Product Purchase Terms

These Digital Product Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern all purchases of digital products from Queen Motherhood LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) at queenmotherhood.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Purchase Terms.

These Purchase Terms are in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated by reference.

1. Our Digital Products

Queen Motherhood LLC currently offers the following digital products:

Pregnancy Peace Planner — Essentials Edition ($27)
Pregnancy Peace Planner — Signature Edition ($47)
Pregnancy Peace Planner — Complete Edition ($67)
Pregnancy Peace Planner — Luxe Edition ($97)

Free downloadable resources are also available (Birth Plan Template, Hospital Bag Checklist, Postpartum Recovery Tracker, Mama Reset Checklist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Meal Plans Guide, Baby Must-Haves Resource Guide) and are subject to the same use and intellectual property terms below.

2. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after your purchase is confirmed. Your download link will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please:

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
Search your inbox for an email from info@queenmotherhood.com
If still not found, contact us at queenmotherhood.com/contact and we will resend your access promptly

3. License — What You Can and Cannot Do

When you purchase a Queen Motherhood digital product, you receive a limited, personal-use license. This means:

✓ You May:

Download the product to your personal devices (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop)
Open the Pregnancy Peace Planner in Microsoft Excel and use it throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey
Print a personal copy of any PDF products for your own use
Reference the content for your own personal pregnancy and postpartum planning

✗ You May Not:

Share, forward, or transfer the digital file to any other person — including friends or family members
Upload the file to any shared storage platform, cloud drive, or file-sharing service accessible by others
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product in any form, paid or free
Use any portion of the product content in your own paid or free products, courses, or services
Screen-record, screenshot for distribution, or reproduce the product content publicly
Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or Queen Motherhood LLC branding
Claim the content as your own original work

Each purchase covers a single-user license for personal use only. If you would like to purchase licenses for multiple users (such as a birth center, doula practice, or group), please contact us at info@queenmotherhood.com to discuss bulk licensing options.

4. Technical Requirements

Please review the technical requirements before purchasing to ensure compatibility:

Pregnancy Peace Planner (all editions): Requires Microsoft Excel (desktop version recommended for full functionality). The Planner contains live formulas and interactive features that may not function correctly in Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or other spreadsheet applications. A Microsoft 365 subscription or standalone Excel license is required.
PDF products: Compatible with any PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview, etc.). No special software required.

We are not responsible for issues arising from using our products in unsupported applications.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final as a general rule.

That said — I’m a real mama running a real small business, and I genuinely care that this product works for you. If you experience a technical issue with your file that our support team is unable to resolve after working with you, please reach out to info@queenmotherhood.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we will make it right.

What qualifies for consideration:

A verified technical defect in the file that prevents you from accessing or using the product, which our support team has been unable to resolve
You received the wrong file or a corrupted/incomplete file

What does not qualify for a refund:

Change of mind after purchase
Incompatibility with unsupported software (e.g., Google Sheets)
You no longer need the product
You purchased the wrong tier — please review tier details carefully before purchasing
Requests made after 14 days of purchase

To request support or submit a refund inquiry, email info@queenmotherhood.com with your order confirmation number and a description of the issue. We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All Queen Motherhood digital products — including the Pregnancy Peace Planner, its design, layout, formulas, tab structure, content, and all written materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of Queen Motherhood LLC, protected under United States copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Queen Motherhood product is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

7. No Medical Advice

Our digital products are planning and organizational tools only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical recommendations, or professional healthcare guidance. 8. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Queen Motherhood LLC reserves the right to change product pricing at any time. Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
